Terms of service
Asabya Academy is operated by International Strategic Solutions Investment LLC, Commercial Registration 1609049, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of academy.asabya.com.
Use of the service. You may use the service for the educational purpose for which your school or guardian enrolled you. You agree not to share your account credentials, attempt to access content or data you are not entitled to, or copy or redistribute assessment materials.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Our service. We provide the service as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service or any account at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Who we sell to. Asabya is sold to schools and organisations only, never to individuals or families. Students, parents and staff use the platform as users within their school's account.
Subscription term. School plans are annual. A subscription renews automatically for a further year at the end of each term; the renewal invoice is issued 14 days before the term ends. To stop a renewal, tell us in writing at academy@asabya.com before the term ends. Access continues until the end of the term already paid for.
Prices, currency and VAT. The published price on our pricing page is the price you pay, and it is confirmed in the agreement signed at registration. Prices, invoices and refunds are in your market's currency (OMR, AED, QAR or SAR). Asabya is not currently VAT-registered and no VAT is charged. If that changes, VAT at the applicable rate will be shown on the invoice.
Founding school price. A school in Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar or Saudi Arabia that registers for Asabya Compliance and pays its first invoice before the deadline shown on our founding page is a founding school. It pays the founding first-year price published on that page, whatever its enrolment up to the limit stated there. A school that registers through a referral link or code pays, for its first year, the lower founding price available only through a referral, also published there. Renewals are at the price in force at the time of renewal: we review our prices every year, no renewal price is fixed in advance, and a school sees its renewal price on its billing page before it renews. The founding price covers Compliance only; the Learning platform and Complete are charged at their standard prices, shown before you confirm. A school that first pays after the deadline pays the standard price.
Payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days by card, through the secure hosted checkout of our payment provider, Tap Payments. Card payments are confirmed at once and matched to the invoice. Bank transfer is available only by prior arrangement, for a school whose finance rules do not allow card payment; it is received in Omani rials at the fixed rate shown on the invoice, and the invoice number must be quoted as the transfer reference.
Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Support. Support hours are Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00 Muscat time. We reply within one business day, and within four working hours when an issue blocks a review deadline.
Termination. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
