Return & refund policy
Asabya Academy (academy.asabya.com), operated by International Strategic Solutions Investment LLC (CR 1609049, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman), sells its platform to schools and organisations only. This policy explains when and how a school can request a refund. Prices, invoices and refunds are in the school's market currency (OMR, AED, QAR or SAR), as shown on our pricing page.
What you are buying. A school subscription to Asabya Academy: a digital service delivered online. There are no physical goods to return.
14 days on your first payment. A school's first payment is refundable in full within 14 days, in good faith, with no other condition. Tell us within the 14 days at academy@asabya.com. This applies to a new subscription's first payment, not to renewals or later billing periods.
After the 14 days. Payments for the current term are not refundable after the 14 days, and we do not refund part of a term. To stop a subscription renewing, tell us in writing before the term ends; access continues until the end of the term already paid for. Any further terms are set out in the agreement signed with your school.
Payments taken in error or duplicate charges. If a school is charged in error or charged twice, contact academy@asabya.com and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
How refunds are made. Approved refunds are paid in the currency the invoice was issued in, back to the card the payment came from (or, for a payment made by bank transfer by arrangement, by bank transfer). Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days of approval; the time for the amount to arrive depends on the receiving bank.
How to request a refund. Email academy@asabya.com from your school's administrator account, with the invoice number and the reason for the request. We reply within one business day (Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00 Muscat time).
Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
