Walk into every review ready.
Asabya Compliance is your school's self-evaluation, evidence and reports for your national framework, in Arabic and English, kept up to date all year.
Backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Asabya isn't the right fit, we refund you in full.
What it replaces.
Schools prepare for review with consultants, spreadsheets and weeks of staff time. Asabya does it in one place, all year.
Bought as consultant days and staff time, readiness typically runs into the thousands of OMR a year. Asabya keeps you ready all year: a founding school pays OMR 299 for its first year, or OMR 199 through a referral link or code.
A consultant visits; Asabya stays. Your evidence, ratings and reports stay current every day, so the review is a confirmation, not a scramble.

Frequently asked.
What is the founding school price?
Any school in Oman, the UAE, Qatar or Saudi Arabia that registers for Compliance and pays its first invoice by 31 May 2027 pays a flat founding price for the first year, at any enrolment up to 1,500 students: OMR 299, AED 2,850, QAR 2,850, SAR 2,850. Through a referral link or code the first year costs less: OMR 199, AED 1,900, QAR 1,900, SAR 1,900. Renewals are at the price in force at the time of renewal: we review our prices every year, and your school sees its renewal price on its billing page before it renews. After 31 May 2027, new schools pay the standard Compliance price. Anything else your school adds later is charged at its standard price.
How fast is setup, and can we start mid-year?
Setup takes days, not months. Included in every plan: guided setup of your school's workspace, training for your team, and our help on call while your staff import your own staff lists, data and evidence through the guided imports. You can start at any point in the year; there is no fixed start date.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Yes, and we help. Your team imports your staff, attainment and attendance data and your existing evidence through guided imports, with our support at no extra cost, so you do not start from a blank page. If you would rather we did the evidence filing for you, that is the optional paid setup service.
Can you do the evidence filing for us?
Yes, as an optional paid service. Guided setup, training and help with your own imports are included in every plan; the setup service goes further: we file up to 200 of your existing evidence documents against the standards for you, OMR 149 one-off. Ask for it when you register or on WhatsApp.
Where is our data hosted, and how is privacy handled?
Your data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). The database is backed up daily by our hosting provider and kept for 7 days, and an independent encrypted copy is held with a second provider for 90 days, with a restore tested automatically every week. If a personal-data breach affects your school, we tell you within 48 hours of becoming aware of it. The privacy notice, the Data Processing Agreement and the sub-processor register give the full detail.
What support and training is included?
Every plan includes onboarding, staff training and ongoing support: guided setup, our help while your team imports your own staff, data and evidence, and help whenever your team needs it, in Arabic and English.
How do organisations pay, and is VAT charged?
Plans are annual: one price for the plan you choose, invoiced once for the year, with 14 days to pay. Prices, invoices and refunds are in your market's currency (OMR, AED, QAR or SAR). Invoices are paid by card through Tap Payments' secure checkout, confirmed at once and matched to the invoice; refunds go back to the card. Bank transfer is available only by arrangement, for schools whose finance rules do not allow card payment. Asabya is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged; if that changes, VAT at the applicable rate will be shown on the invoice.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. New schools are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Asabya isn't the right fit within 14 days of your first payment, tell us in good faith and we'll refund it in full. See our refund policy.
What does Compliance include?
Compliance includes your national framework pre-loaded, self-evaluation with traceable judgements, the evidence library and coverage, the self-evaluation document in Arabic and English, observations, appraisals, surveys, improvement plans, the external reviewer workspace, the built-in assistant, onboarding and support. Every plan includes everything; plans differ only by enrolment.
What happens when we outgrow our tier?
Each plan has an enrolment cap. As you approach it we'll notify your administrators, and you can upgrade to the next size at any time from your billing dashboard, where you'll see the prorated cost before you confirm. You can also enable automatic upgrade so enrolments are never interrupted. It always moves you to the next size of the product you already bought, never onto a different one.
Are these prices final?
Yes. A founding school pays the founding price for its first year, which is lower when it joins through a referral link or code; any other school pays the standard price for its size. Renewals are at the price in force at the time, which we review each year, and your school sees its renewal price on its billing page before it renews. The price is shown on your invoice before you pay and confirmed in the agreement signed at registration, and we give advance notice before any change to the standard price.
What about Arabic content?
Yes. All of Compliance works in Arabic and English, with right-to-left support throughout, and the self-evaluation document is generated in both languages.
